Dogo Onsen makes these photographs and similar data available for download on the condition that they only be used as promotional materials to publicize and enhance the image of Dogo Onsen. These materials may not be used for the following:

1. 1. Anything contrary to public order or decency
2. 2. Anything that infringes on third-party copyrights
3. 3. Anything that infringes on third-party privacy or property
4. 4. Profit-making activities such as sales or products
5. 5. Any other activity contrary to laws or regulations

Although permission is not required prior to secondary use of these materials, Dogo Onsen requests that manuscripts under review as well as completed manuscripts be submitted.
