Eastside Entrance
01When you do not have to wait
Please enter the bathhouse in the order of arrival.（Advance reservations cannot be made by phone or online.）

Please put your shoes in the shoe box.

Please purchase a bathing ticket at the ticket office.
Please purchase soap shampoo at the shop.

Men should go down the stairs on the left side, and women should go to the front and down the stairs to the changing rooms.
A Staff will guide you.
02When you have to wait for a certain time

Get a numbered ticket (time can be selected in 30-minute increments) in front of the entrance of the Honkan.
You must come to the entrance of the Honkan to pick up a numbered ticket.
（Advance reservations cannot be made by phone or online.）※Numbered tickets for the day may no longer be distributed depending on congestion of the site.

Please come back at the designated time with your numbered tickets.

Please put your shoes in the shoe box.

Please purchase a bathing ticket at the ticket office.
※Please purchase soap shampoo at the shop.

Men should go down the stairs on the left side, and women should go to the front and down the stairs to the changing rooms.

【2nd floor special private bathing room】
Reservations can be made by telephone from the day after 3 months in advance. Also reservations can be made up to 2 hours prior to the date of use if it is available . For details, click here.

01When you do not have to wait

Please purchase a bathing ticket at the ticket office.

Please show your bathing ticket to the receptionist.
02When you have to wait for a certain time

Register with the call system.
After entering the course for bathing, the number of users, and contact information, a numbered ticket is issued.
※The time you will be asked to wait in the call system is only an estimate and may vary depending on congestion. Please note that numbered tickets may no longer be available.

Please come back within 15 minutes after the phone call.
※If you do not arrive within 15 minutes of the call, your reservation will be automatically cancelled.

Please purchase a bathing ticket at the ticket office showing your numbered ticket.

Please put your shoes in the shoe box.

Please show your bathing ticket to the receptionist.
03For the visitors who use onsen baths on the 1st floor.
Receive a stub and then separate for the changing rooms; the men’s is on the left side and the women’s is on the right side.
※Please note that on the 26th of every month (bath-day), the men's and women's bathing rooms are switched.
04For the visitors who use the 2nd Floor large resting Hall.

Receive your bathing ticket and show it again to a staff member at the entrance of the lounge on the 2nd floor.
A staff member will guide you to your seat.

A staff member will explain the bathhouse.
Please refer to the Usage Guide for the use of the 2nd Floor large resting Hall.

You will receive a rental yukata, obi, and mesh bag.
-
Please proceed to the 1st floor changing room.
Please use the lockers for undressing. Free hair dryers are available at the sinks.
Hair dryers are also available in the 2nd floor powder room.

Please enjoy bathing in the 1st floor bathing room.
Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided in the bathing room.
Projection mapping begins at 6:30 am and is shown every 30 minutes (last show at 10:30 pm).

Please return to your seats on the 2nd floor when you finish your bath.
We will serve you tea and Japanese sweets. Cold drinks are also available for purchase.
(Please ask the staff if you would like another cup of tea.)
05For the visitors who use private rooms on the 2nd floor

Receive your bathing ticket and show it again to a staff member at the entrance of the lounge on the 2nd floor.

A staff member will guide you to a private room. There are 5 private rooms.
Please choose your favorite room from the available rooms.

A staff member will explain the bathhouse.
Please refer to the Usage Guide for the use of the private rooms on the 2nd floor.

You will receive a rental yukata, obi, and mesh bag.

Please proceed to the 1st floor changing room.
Please use the lockers for undressing. Free hair dryers are available at the sinks.
Hair dryers are also available in private rooms.

Please enjoy bathing in the 1st floor bathing room.
Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided in the bathing room.

Our staff will bring tea and Japanese sweets to your room.

06For the visitors who use the Special bathing rooms on the 2nd floor

Receive your bathing ticket and show it again to a staff member at the entrance of the lounge on the 2nd floor.

A staff member will guide you to a Special bathing room.

A staff member will explain the bathhouse.
Please refer to the Usage Guide for the use of the Special bathing rooms.

You will receive a yucho, rental yukata, obi, rental towel, rental bath towel, and mesh bag.
Yucho is available in three colors. Please choose your favorite color.

In the Special bathing room, please enjoy the experience of bathing while wearing a historical style of yukata (basing robe) called a yucho.
Use of the yucho is at your own discretion.
Soap is not allowed in the Special bathing rooms for the bathing experience. If you wish to wash your body, please use the bathing room on the 1st floor. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided.
(*The order of use of the 2nd floor Special bathing room and the 1st floor bathing room can be freely decided.)

If you wish to use the bathing room on the 1st floor, please proceed to the 1st floor changing room.
Please use the lockers for undressing. Free hair dryers are available at the sinks.
Hair dryers are also available in the Special bathing rooms.
