Please purchase a bathing ticket or a ticket for admission at the ticket counter.

Please put your shoes in the shoe box.

Registration for the call system

After entering the bathing course, number of people, and contact information, a numbered ticket will be issued.

※The time you will be required to wait using the call system is just an estimate, and may vary depending on congestion. Please note that the numbered tickets may have already been distributed.

Please arrive within 15 minutes after receiving our phone call.

※If you do not arrive within 15 minutes, your reservation will be automatically cancelled.

Please show your numbered ticket at the ticket counter and purchase a bathing ticket.

Please proceed to the 2nd floor by the stairs on the left at the end of the central corridor. Please show your bathing ticket to the staff again at the entrance of Kami-no-yu 2nd floor seats. Staff will guide you to your seat.

Staff will give you an explanation of the Dōgo Onsen Honkan.
About Kami-no-yu 2nd floor seats, please refer to "How to use-guide sheet".

A rental yukata and obi will be provided.

※The pattern of the yukata is fixed by the course you choose.

Please move to the changing room of Kami-no-yu.

Please use the lockers (free of charge).
Hair dryer, lotion, and hair essence are available at the wash stand in the women's changing room on the 2nd floor.

Enjoy bathing in the Kami-no-yu.

Shampoo, conditioner, and body soap are provided in the bathing room.

Please return to your seats on the 2nd floor when you get out of the bath.

We will serve you tea and sweets.
Cold drinks are also available. （Please feel free to ask our staff for another cup of tea.)

Please proceed to the 2nd floor by the stairs on the left at the end of the central corridor. Please show your bathing ticket to the staff again at the entrance of Tama-no-yu 2nd floor seats. Staff will guide you to your seat.

Staff will give you an explanation of the Dōgo Onsen Honkan.

You will receive a rental yukata, obi, and mesh bag.

Please proceed to the 1st floor changing room.

Please use the lockers for undressing. Free hair dryers are available at the sinks.
Hair dryers are also available in the 2nd floor powder room.

Please enjoy bathing in the 1st floor bathing room.

Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided in the bathing room.
Projection mapping begins at 6:30 am and is shown every 30 minutes (last show at 10:30 pm).

Please return to your seats on the 2nd floor when you finish your bath.

We will serve you tea and Japanese sweets. Cold drinks are also available for purchase.
(Please ask the staff if you would like another cup of tea.)

A staff member will guide you to a private room. There are 5 private rooms.
Please choose your favorite room from the available rooms.

A staff member will explain the bathhouse.

You will receive a rental yukata, obi, and mesh bag.

Please proceed to the 1st floor changing room.

Please use the lockers for undressing. Free hair dryers are available at the sinks.
Hair dryers are also available in private rooms.

Please enjoy bathing in the 1st floor bathing room.

Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided in the bathing room.
Projection mapping begins at 6:30 am and is shown every 30 minutes (last show at 10:30 pm).

Our staff will bring tea and Japanese sweets to your room.
There are two kinds of Japanese sweets.Please choose the one you prefer.
Cold drinks are also available for purchase.(Please ask the staff if you would like another cup of tea.)

A staff member will explain the bathhouse.

You will receive a yucho, rental yukata, obi, rental towel, rental bath towel, and mesh bag.

Yucho is available in three colors. Please choose your favorite color.

In the Special bathing room, please enjoy the experience of bathing while wearing a historical style of yukata (basing robe) called a yucho.

Use of the yucho is at your own discretion.
Soap is not allowed in the Special bathing rooms for the bathing experience. If you wish to wash your body, please use the bathing room on the 1st floor. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided.
(*The order of use of the 2nd floor Special bathing room and the 1st floor bathing room can be freely decided.)

If you wish to use the bathing room on the 1st floor, please proceed to the 1st floor changing room.

Please use the lockers for undressing. Free hair dryers are available at the sinks.
Hair dryers are also available in the Special bathing rooms.

When you finish your bath, please let us know on the intercom in your room.
